Farhana Khader
Originally from India, Farhana Khader is fluent in Urdu, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and English. Having lived in Dubbo for the past 12 years, she has become an integral part of the community.
Farhana holds professional positions with the Department of Education, TAFE, and the NSW Police Force, and is actively involved in local community initiatives, particularly in the creative arts and sports. She donates her time and expertise to a variety of local causes, including dance programs and health awareness campaigns.
She established Farhana Dance Studio in 2020, which has become popular among migrant communities in Dubbo. Farhana offers a variety of dance styles and has organized workshops at several events sponsored by ORISCON and the Dubbo City Council.
