Gargi Ganguly
Gargi Ganguly has been a part of ORISCON Management Committee since 2017, stepping in to take leadership of the organisation since 2022.
Gargi has held a number of senior positions within State and Commonwealth Departments and continues as Director Engagement within National Indigenous Australians Agency. Gargi has been a long-term member of Rotary Club of Dubbo, holding the position of President in 2018, and currently International Director. She has supported international projects in India and Cambodia. She was awarded a double Paul Harris Fellow (Sapphire) in 2023 for her humanitarian projects.
Gargi brings to ORISCON a long-standing commitment to foster cultural respect and understanding, contributing meaningfully to Dubbo diverse landscapes.
Gargi hails from Eastern India, and has lived in Dubbo since 1999. She was awarded the Dubbo Day Award in 2020, and was the finalist for the Voice of Change Award for 2024, awarded by CommBank and Dubbo Business Chamber.
